I'm Emma. My career in media and marketing has spanned a decade. I was General Manager of Media and Marketing at the Illawarra Hawks when they won their first NBL Championship in over two decades, leading the club through one of the most successful periods in its history. During my time with the organisation, the Hawks achieved record membership, ticketing and corporate revenue.

I've worked with some of Australia's most recognised sporting organisations, brands and government bodies, including the Illawarra Hawks, Surfing NSW, the World Surf League, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Red Bull, Destination NSW and numerous councils and community organisations.

I am a marketing strategist, partnership specialist and talent manager helping brands, organisations and individuals grow through authentic storytelling, strategic marketing and meaningful partnerships.

Today, through The Sunshine Agency, I work with a carefully curated group of athletes, creators and personalities to build their brands, unlock commercial opportunities and create long-term value beyond their primary careers. I also partner with brands and agencies to connect them with authentic talent who can bring campaigns, content and partnerships to life.
